Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using X Brain, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

X Brain lets you upload your X/Twitter data archive to search, classify, and extract knowledge from your liked tweets using AI. You provide your own AI provider API keys.

3. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

4. Your Data

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
  • You can export or delete your data at any time.
  • See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

5. API Keys

  • You are responsible for any costs incurred through your AI provider API keys.
  • We encrypt your keys at rest and only use them to process your data.
  • We are not responsible for charges from your AI provider.

6. Payments

  • X Brain is a one-time purchase. Pricing is listed on the Pricing page.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload data you do not have the right to use.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service.
  • Reverse-engineer or scrape the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

X Brain is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete all of your data (tweets, uploads, API keys, MCP tokens, and usage history) at any time from Settings using "Delete All Data." This is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your data does not delete your account itself; you can still sign back in afterward.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
